Just got “freedom pass” renewal form. 99% of the questions as you would expect are stupid and offensive!
But…
9. Conditions which would prevent you from obtaining a driving licence
Are you someone who has been, or would be refused a driving licence under part III of
the Road Traffic Act 1988.
It asks for written evidence dated within the last 12 months.
I have no knowledge of the Road Traffic Act 1988 – So how the hell can I answer that!
