Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Daniel Boyce McMorrow,I was admitted to RHN, around on the . I was diagnosed with meningococcal septicaemia which resulted in hypoxic brain injury.
When I got to RHN, I was unable to move my arms or even talk, But thanks to all the hard work of everyone involved with my rehab I am now able to move and talk again.
I would especially like to thank the marvellous physiotherapy department, Their constant support and encouragement gave me the drive to keep trying.
I would like to sincerely praise all the staff for their professional manner and support that they have given to me over the last 9 months.
I have sent this to Drapers, TRS and I’ve sent a copy to the chief executive.
Yours faithfully,
Daniel McMorrow
