Subject Access Request made to the Legal Aid Agency

I wish to make a Subject Access Request https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-data-protection/principle-6-rights/subject-access-request/ for my entire case file as held by the Legal Aid Agency

Things I’m particularly interested in

1. Response to Complaint made by my former solicitors Tyrer Roxburgh.
This complaint was about the mishandling of my original Legal Aid Emergency Certificate.

2. Any invoice for work done witch I am now liable for. Most importantly dates these invoices were submitted

3. Communication between myself and the Legal Aid Agency.

I require this information to assist with a formal complaint against my solicitor with the Legal Ombudsman and Solicitors Regulation Authority.
