Two Tick

The Two Tick scheme is a voluntary scheme that promises certain things to disabled employees.

The scheme is unmanaged and unregulated and has no framework to compare a good vs bad employer.

My employer has Two Tick, it did not stop them ‘forgetting’ reasonable adjustments as set out in Equality Act!


What IS need is a rating Schema that allow for comparison for employees. There is no way to distinguish between to employers who both have the symbol.
There also needs to be a clear complaints procedure for removing the symbol. My employer has constantly broken the 5 commitments of the schema yet JobCenter refuse to take away the symbol.
In my opinion invalidating it.
