The acknowledgment states the reference number is LBH/14752823

This document was compiled after the events so a certian amount hindsight. However my feelings towards Haringey Council only get worse. They are going to kill someone.
Haringey Council have a major dislike to been held accountible. They contuinley fail at the small things.

Acknowledgment

We've already covered the late acknowledge emipedmic Haringey Council have. The policy states 3 working days.
There are 13 working days between November 10th and November 28th, 2023. So a vilation of the policy

Response

Before we disect the response, one major unresolved issue leap out! I'm not going to name it Because it should
become clear when the LGO investies the case.
We see here an effort to downplay the request, refering to it as much easier. Asking for a phone call is a consequence of my disability.
It takes me days to type with a major part being dictated via a program I wrote.
A phone call would be an extremly quick way to exchange Information. It also allows for questions to be asked to clarify points.
The last sentance takes the apologies in the response and readuce them to dust. Its blaming me.

On I emailed Andy Donald In his role as Cheif Executive and Leaders Casework.
On Simon Dingomal responded via email.
I've a more likly cause for Haringey Council’s confusion, When Simon Dingomal responded on was from the group email
Feedback@haringey.gov.uk so my response was to everyone in the group.
It's worthy noteing no one who gets feedback@haringey.gov.uk responded or attempted to respond. It's also note-worth that Leaders Casework never respond.
