Since 1 September 2016. I have never paid Council Tax.
Every year I get two letters.

• Council Tax Reduction Calculation: The official assessment determining your eligibility and the exact amount of financial support or discount knocked off your bill based on income and household circumstances.
• Council Tax Bill: The final annual demand notice reflecting the total charge for your property band, minus any calculated reductions, showing your net balance and monthly installment amounts.

The Council Tax Bill is £0.00 so the Council Tax Reduction Calculation is the math of the reduction. I’ve never really understood the Reduction Calculation but as I never had a bill it was less stress to accept the Calculation.

The Acknowedgement refers to appropriate officer but fails to identify this person, so questions of appropriateness need to be raised.
The acknowledgement faile to state is the Complaint was an ASC Complaint or not.
