Technically the complaint was initially submitted
I chased on
I received a weak-tea response
When you become disabled you end up with extra equipment. Some like my shower chair are not critical, while broken would be annoying it would only result in being unable to take a shower.
My sarah plus hoist would be DEVASTATING
I would be unable to stand, so could not do anything.
Response
The response was quintessential Haringay.
It was a combination of look at me, bells and whistles (and with the gace of a bull in a china shop) ignored the actual reason for the complaint.

The The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGO) refused the complaint.
The caseworkers' understanding of this complaint was about the understanding a newborn has about quantum mechanics.
She stated I wanted Haringey Council to service my hoist. While true, the service was due in November and was cancelled because NRS went bankrupt.
More importantly my Sara Plue hoist currently has no service contract.
This has not been published on the LGO website
Outcome
Haringey Council face no consequences from their failure.
We’ve seen that this lack of accountability only reinforces Haringey Council’s bad behaviour.
