Haringey / Adult Social Care

I've been saying for awhile now Haringey Adult Social Care are going to kill someone. (Children's Services have several times) They are rude, inhumane and unaware or just don't care about the harm they are doing. They refuse to listen to the service users, and have a god-complex in dealing with people. The LGO (who are useless) provide a yearly overview of the council and give a statistical view of their performance.

So much to unpack.
The major takeaway is two public organisations Haringey Council and LGO and no meeting notes were taken.
Given the meeting was to discuss the sustained and incredibly bad performance and the extreme public interest this would have.
Also questions are raised about the topics at the meeting, what excuses did Haringey Council give?
