The fact this "request" was missed, highlights the need for an advocate.
If an orginsation like Haringey Council can overlook a request how am I meant to?

I approched the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman on I was given the Refrance number.
LGO refused to investigate, saying i'd been given a list. The 'charities' on the list don't provide advocates for Adult Social Care.

Outcome

direct contradiction
A direct contradiction to what Haringey Council states.
The LGO have failed in their duty to hold Councils like Haringey to account.
