Being costanty asked to do something i can no longer do is Traumatic
Its another reminder of what this disability has taken from me.
Compinies use "security" for data protection reasons. As an excuse as why they can't call.
Unfortunately this argument Is made because people are mis-informed

I've absolutely no problem with completing security, I need an adjustment in how I complete security.
I do use social media but I have a document of common phrase I cut + paste.
I do not include answers to security questions, as that would be stupid

I've a document of phrase I use a lot. I CUT+PASTE. I do not write down answers to common security questions as I could lose my phoneI use AI (ollama Local LLM) and tools (whiser) to build my website, It's not 100%. I offten have to re-word entier paragraphes as voice-dictation can't understand me.
Me using Google Assistance is pants-wetting-funny.
I've asked several companies of late to PHONE ME. Usually gets a negative response.
GUIDE
Due to repeatedly having to state thisIf you want to tell me something e.g Dinner is at 8pm you can email me.
If you want to ask me something e.g Do you want Fish or Chicken for dinner you need to phone me. The majority of the time If you email me and I have follow-up questions I will either ring you or email back asking you to ring me.
Citizens Advice/Citizens Advice Haringey
The absolute worst example of an organisation I have found. I’ve been disabled 15 years.In that time, I’ve never been as insulted as when trying to ask Citizens Advice Haringey for help.
I was given an ultimatum
"I agree to be respectful in my communications going forward and I understand If I am disrespectful there is a risk services may be discontinued"The individual has job title of "Head of Advice & Quality" If I repeatedly ask you to PHONE ME, and you constantly email me you have zero right to become upset with my language. I’m never rude, I don’t use bad, sexual or derogatory language towards anyone.
I do use speech-to-text systems that don’t always understand me so I reword entire paragraphs to be understood
Prior to this ultimatum he also stated ”As I know you struggle with emails.” so it was correctly identified as having difficulties with emails.

Dunelm don't publish a contact number. So you are forced to email them.they have no problem taking your money, but fail with style providing any form of support or customer service.
Currys + DPD
Currys do not care about customersThey use DPD for delivering online orders. Had I been aware of this before I made my order I would not have. DPD are useless.
