Regarding your property, I am building services engineer is responsible for mechanical and electrical issues in North area. Due to Covet -19 Government lock down, I am not able to visit your property at present. However regarding the property, could you able to list all the issues that you are unhappy with, so I could able to arrange appropriate contractors and resolve it for you.
I have contacted AST and they have conformed us that rare door access work has been completed, tested with you and left it working.
