Every unfortunate interaction I have with Haringey Council the more and more I become certain they are going to kill someone.
This will be because of negligence.
They have criminal willful level of complete disregard hidden by incompetence and ignorance.

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGO) refused https://www.mage-net.net/view/com_4771
The caseworkers' understanding of this complaint was about the understanding a newborn has about quantum mechanics.
However her lack of understanding opened another avenue.
The understanding was I wanted Haringey Council to service my hoist
The six-month service was due November 2025. This had not happened, I wanted to understand why.
I did not feel anyone within Haringey Council had the fortitude to answer the question.
So I asked the manufacturer of the Hoist. The attached image is the result of an extremely productive phone call.
In a nutshell NRS had gone bankrupt in August 2025. Haringey Council had not only failed to keep service users informed but the 3rd party manufacturers.
This calls into question the LGOs lack of investigation and who exactly is responsible for maladministration and the extent of the maladministration

I’ve made several requests about my Sara Plus standing hoist, to date I’m still unaware of what Haringey Council are doing.

So 3 days. Given the inadequate response, it was rushed.

So between 2 February (was actually ) and when I raised the complaint
Haringey Council had failed to update me about these apparent discussions.
As the individual who uses the equipment daily, do I not deserve an update? Am I not the only person directly impacted by it failing?
Had I not raised a formal complaint on
  • When would I have been given an update?
  • If the hoist had failed, would it take weeks for a repair?
  • What support would I have been given?
