Why the Annual letter was was address to "Mr Donald" nothing In the offer states he has to attend the meeting. From a logical view he wouldn't be best placed as it's about complaint handling. The response also has the famous line

The very existence of that line confirms they know the response is late and yet reapeated use is a sign nothing has been done. I have two outstanding problems/concerns

  • the Delay is holding the meeting
The delay in the Freedom of Information is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for
Haringey Council
. But ignoring the LGO after being told
this is the fourth consecutive year we have reported your Council’s failure to comply.
Is a slap in the face to every Haringey Resident and a clear indication the management do not care.
