The Adult Social Care Complaints policy has ONE stage.
On 12th October 2023 Gave a Shakespearean worthy excuse.
We Know humans make errors we just need to accept this. However the wrong temple was highlighted, within minutes of seeing the issue

There are 28 minutes between 10:49 and 11:17.
With a genuine mistake you would expected an apology at latest a day later, certainly not 8 days.

The apology was more of an excuse.

Consequences

Util Haringey Council have Clearly stated you can approach the LGO , you are in limbo. This only benefits Haringey Council in delaying them being held to account.

Based on the above Every complaint I make should be using the Adult Social Care Policy
As Its puts no conditions on the service but instead puts the conditions on the person with the complaint.
I'm an Adult and I receive an adult social care service. So the condition always evaluates to true.
